Ingredients
- – Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil, 3 pieces, 16-18 inches long (40-46 cm long)
- – 1.5 lb (680 g) Prawns, jumbo, sized 13-15, 16-20 or 12-18, peeled and deveined with the tails on
- – 1 lb (454 g) green beans, trimmed
- – 6 tbsp (90 ml) Vegetable Oil
- – 2 tbsp (30 ml) Lemon Juice
- – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) black pepper
- – 1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) sea salt, optional, to taste
- – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Seasoning Blend (halal-friendly), plus more to taste before serving
- – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Red Pepper Flakes
- – 2 tbsp (30 ml) parsley, chopped
- – 8 cloves Garlic, Minced
Instructions
- Warm up your grill to a medium-high setting, around 425°F (220°C).
- Cut three sheets of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil, each measuring 16 to 18 inches in length.
- Place the prawns and prepared green beans in the center of the foil sheets, distributing them evenly.
- Prepare the sauce by softening the vegetable oil slightly in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds, ensuring it is pliable but not overheated. Combine all the spices, herbs, and lemon juice into the oil, then portion the mixture equally among the three foil sheets.
- Close the foil packets by bringing the longer sides together over the food and folding them twice, leaving some space inside for heat to move. Seal the shorter ends of the packets by folding them twice as well.
- Using a long spatula, transfer the packets to the grill.
- Allow them to sit for a minute or two after removing from the grill.
- Before serving, sprinkle additional seasoning blend, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and/or parsley on top as desired.
Notes
- Evenly arrange the shrimp and green beans on the foil to ensure uniform cooking.
- Gently warm the vegetable oil before mixing in the spices and lemon juice for better blending.
- Seal the foil packets tightly, allowing space for heat circulation to cook ingredients evenly.
