Description

A simple yet flavorful dish of cod fillets baked in a zesty lemon butter sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, and dried parsley.
