Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1 green onion, chopped

- Pepper, to taste
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the drained tuna, flour, water, egg, chopped green onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter into the skillet and spread it out slightly.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the pancakes and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice.
