Description

A quick and flavorful keto dish featuring fresh squid sautéed with garlic and paprika.


Ingredients

  • 500g squid, cleaned and sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the squid to the skillet, season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
