Ingredients
- 500g squid, cleaned and sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the squid to the skillet, season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the squid is cooked through, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
To enhance flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon or red pepper flakes.
