Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup blanched asparagus
- 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
- Fresh lemon wedges for serving
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the halibut fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Place the cooked halibut on a serving platter.
- Top each fillet with a generous portion of crab meat and a few asparagus spears.
- Drizzle hollandaise sauce over the top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
