Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup asparagus, blanched
- 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the halibut fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- While the halibut is baking, gently warm the crab meat and blanched asparagus in a separate pan.
- To serve, place the halibut on a plate, top with crab meat and asparagus, and drizzle with hollandaise sauce.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
