Description

A luxurious seafood dish featuring perfectly seared halibut topped with crab meat and drizzled with rich hollandaise sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 halibut fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup asparagus (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Season halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
