Description

A vibrant and flavorful poke bowl made with sushi-grade tuna, zesty marinades, and served over rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sushi-grade tuna
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • ½ tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Cooked white or brown rice


Instructions

  1. Chop the sushi-grade tuna into evenly sized squares.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, Sriracha sauce, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the marinade to the bowl with the tuna and gently fold to combine.
  4. Fold in chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  5. Serve immediately over a bed of cooked white or brown rice.
