Ingredients
- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- ½ tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Cooked white or brown rice
Instructions
- Chop the sushi-grade tuna into evenly sized squares.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, Sriracha sauce, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the marinade to the bowl with the tuna and gently fold to combine.
- Fold in chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately over a bed of cooked white or brown rice.
