- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) unsalted butter (28 grams)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil (30 milliliters)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt (5 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper (1 gram)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) paprika (1 gram)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh parsley, chopped (8 grams)
Instructions
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- Season the cod with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
