Description

Delicious bite-sized crab bombs bursting with rich crab meat and creamy goodness, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, green onions, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in size) and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and heated through.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes
