Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, green onions, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in size) and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and heated through.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
Notes
For a crispy outer crust, drizzling with olive oil is essential. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
