  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce (30 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey (15 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame oil (15 milliliters)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil (15 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice (15 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) cornstarch (5 grams)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame seeds (15 grams)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the lime juice and cornstarch until smooth.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and add them to the skillet.
  7. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
