Description

Ingredients

  • 1 whole octopus (rinsed)
  • 1 cup water
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp paprika (for serving)
  • Olive oil (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Place the rinsed octopus in the Instant Pot.
  2. Add 1 cup of water and kosher salt to taste.
  3. Close the lid securely.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 16 minutes.
  5. After the cooking time ends, perform a quick pressure release.
  6. Open the lid and carefully cut the octopus into pieces.
  7. On serving, sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with olive oil.
