- Salt
- Butter
- Lemon

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobster tails and boil for about 8-10 minutes, until the meat is opaque.
- Remove the tails and place them on a cutting board.
- Use kitchen scissors to cut the shell and expose the meat.
- In a skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic.
- Sauté for a few minutes and then add the lobster meat.
- Cook in the skillet for an additional 2-3 minutes, basting with the butter.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with herbs if desired.
