Description

Perfectly baked lobster tails that are succulent and bursting with flavor, enhanced with garlic and butter.

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the shell of the lobster tails, stopping at the base.
  3. Pull the shell back gently to expose the meat.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the mixture over the exposed meat of the lobster tails and garnish with parsley.
  6. Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140 F.
  8. Once done, serve with lemon wedges for an added burst of flavor.

Notes

For best results, baste the lobster tails with the garlic butter every few minutes while baking to keep them moist.
