  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey (45 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sriracha or hot sauce (15 milliliters)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce (30 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice (15 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder (5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika (5 grams)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional) (15 grams)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the marinade over the salmon bites and gently toss to coat evenly.
  6. Arrange the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
