Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) salmon fillets, skinless (450 grams)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil (30 milliliters)
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey (45 milliliters)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sriracha or hot sauce (15 milliliters)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce (30 milliliters)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice (15 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder (5 grams)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika (5 grams)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional) (15 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon bites and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Transfer the salmon bites to a serving platter.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if using.
- Serve immediately.
