Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil (30 milliliters)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey (30 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) hot sauce (15 milliliters)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika (2 grams)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 4 flatbreads
  • 1 cup (240 ml) arugula (30 grams)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) crumbled feta cheese (75 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) red onion, thinly sliced (25 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (15 milliliters)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or a pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, hot sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add prawns to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Let the prawns marinate for 10 minutes.
  5. Place marinated prawns on the grill or pan.
  6. Cook prawns for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  7. Remove prawns from heat and set aside.
