Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) prawns (450 grams)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil (30 milliliters)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey (30 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) hot sauce (15 milliliters)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika (2 grams)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 flatbreads
- 1 cup (240 ml) arugula (30 grams)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) crumbled feta cheese (75 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) red onion, thinly sliced (25 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (15 milliliters)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or a pan to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, hot sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add prawns to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Let the prawns marinate for 10 minutes.
- Place marinated prawns on the grill or pan.
- Cook prawns for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Remove prawns from heat and set aside.
- Warm the flatbreads on the grill or in a pan for 1-2 minutes.
- Arrange arugula evenly over each flatbread.
- Divide cooked prawns among the flatbreads.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the prawns.
- Add thinly sliced red onion on top.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the assembled flatbreads.
