Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup cornstarch
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, condensed milk, and lemon juice; mix well. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dredge shrimp in cornstarch, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Fry shrimp in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine the fried shrimp with the sauce and gently toss to coat.
- Toast the walnuts in a dry pan until golden, then sprinkle over the coated shrimp.
