Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Cornstarch
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, honey, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice to create the sauce. Set aside.
- Toss the shrimp with cornstarch and a pinch of salt, then dip them in beaten egg.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the shrimp until golden and crispy.
- In a separate pan, candy the walnuts with honey until they are crunchy.
- Toss the fried shrimp with the creamy sauce and the candied walnuts. Serve immediately.
