Description

Delicious bowls featuring salmon fillets glazed with honey and sriracha, served over rice and topped with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix honey and sriracha together.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add salmon fillets to the skillet and brush with the honey-sriracha mixture.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare bowls by adding cooked rice as the base.
  6. Top with steamed broccoli, sliced cucumber, and avocado.
  7. Once the salmon is cooked, place it on top of the bowls.
  8. Drizzle any remaining honey-sriracha sauce over the salmon.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, consider marinating the salmon for 30 minutes before cooking. You can also customize with different toppings like pickled vegetables or other sauces.
