Ingredients

  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 85 g honey
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh ginger, grated
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • 5 g black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) green onions, chopped
  • 5 g sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, lime juice, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Whisk the mixture until well combined and smooth.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.
  5. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  6. Let the salmon marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
