Description

A vibrant and flavorful seafood dish with shrimp and green beans, glazed in a sweet honey-soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the green beans and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Mix honey and soy sauce in a small bowl, then pour over the shrimp and green beans.
  6. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes or a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
