Description

A quick and healthy recipe that combines tender tilapia with a tangy honey ginger glaze, perfect for weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Place tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the marinade over each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Brush the remaining marinade over the fish before serving for an extra flavor boost.

Notes
