Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Place tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the marinade over each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Brush the remaining marinade over the fish before serving for an extra flavor boost.
Notes
