A delicious honey garlic soy salmon recipe that balances sweet and savory flavors. Perfect for family gatherings or a delightful weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over.
  3. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve with thickened glaze, brown rice, and your favorite vegetables.

Notes

Marinate for longer for richer flavors. Consider reserving some marinade to drizzle over the salmon post-baking.
