Description

A delightful mix of shrimp, sausage, and broccoli glazed with honey and garlic, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sausage slices and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. In a bowl, mix honey and soy sauce, then pour over the shrimp and vegetables.
  6. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For added flavor, consider a pinch of red pepper flakes or sesame seeds on top.
