Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 inch fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 cups broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 carrots (sliced thin)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 2 cups rice (for serving)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and grated ginger.
- Marinate shrimp in the mixture for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook shrimp until pink and cooked through.
- In the same pan, stir-fry broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots until tender.
- Serve shrimp over cooked rice and top with stir-fried vegetables.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
For stronger flavor, marinate the shrimp longer than 15 minutes. Use fresh or frozen vegetables for texture.
