Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 3 tbsp honey

- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

- Remove the salmon from the skillet, spoon the remaining sauce over the top, and serve immediately.
Notes
Consider adding crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor.
