Description

Delicious honey garlic salmon bites that are easy to prepare and bursting with flavor. Perfect for dinner or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Toss the salmon cubes in the marinade until they are evenly coated.
  4. Allow the salmon to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Spread the marinated salmon in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
