Description

A quick and easy dish featuring fresh salmon cooked to perfection with a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them, letting them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Arrange the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle any leftover marinade over the salmon before serving. Fresh salmon is key to great flavor.
