Description

A delightful honey garlic glazed salmon that combines sweet honey and savory garlic, creating an irresistible dish perfect for sharing with loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine the raw honey, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a dish or resealable bag and pour half of the marinade over the fish. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer the marinated salmon to the preheated baking dish, skin-side down. Drizzle the remaining marinade on top.
  5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, until flaky yet moist. Switch on the broiler for the last few minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with finely chopped green onions, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the salmon for longer than 15 minutes or up to an hour. Use fresh garlic and ginger for the best results.
