Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or halibut)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season both sides of each white fish fillet with salt and pepper.
- Place the flour on a plate, and coat each fish fillet in the flour, shaking off any excess.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the hot honey and butter and stir until melted and combined.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the coated fish fillets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, chives, and thyme, and serve with lemon wedges.
