Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) salmon fillet, skin removed (450 grams)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey (30 milliliters)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce (15 milliliters)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lime juice (5 milliliters)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil (15 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes.
- Season the salmon cubes with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the salmon cubes to the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
