Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the honey glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure salmon fillets are at room temperature before cooking. Adjust baking time for desired doneness.
