Description

A flavorful herb-crusted halibut dish featuring fresh parsley, dill, and zesty lemon.


Ingredients

  • 4 Halibut fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped parsley, dill, minced garlic, lemon zest, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place halibut fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Press the herb mixture onto each fillet evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.

Notes

For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Prepared herb mix can be stored in the refrigerator for later use.
