Description

A delightful weeknight dinner featuring tender shrimp, garlic, and a squeeze of fresh lemon, perfect for impressing anyone at the table.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking until they turn pink.
  4. Pour in the lemon juice. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked linguine with the shrimp mixture, adding chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor, and adjust red pepper flakes to taste for desired heat.
