Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mustard
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 4 teaspoons (20 ml) dried marjoram
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with some olive oil.
- Arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine the mustard and honey until well mixed. Spread a portion of this mustard blend over the fillets, saving some in the bowl for later. Sprinkle marjoram, salt, and pepper over the fish.
- Cook in the heated oven until the salmon easily separates into flakes when tested with a fork, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve on plates that have been warmed, drizzling the remaining mustard mixture on top.
