  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mustard
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
  • 4 teaspoons (20 ml) dried marjoram
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with some olive oil.
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine the mustard and honey until well mixed. Spread a portion of this mustard blend over the fillets, saving some in the bowl for later. Sprinkle marjoram, salt, and pepper over the fish.
