Ingredients

- Cucumber: 2 cups, diced

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced cucumber, chopped green onion, and fresh herbs.
- In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and lime juice together to create the dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.
