Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture over both sides of each salmon fillet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and blackened.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
