Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup pineapple juice (preferably fresh)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: Pineapple chunks, lime wedges, extra cilantro
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
