Ingredients
- 2 halibut fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup hollandaise sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Place the sautéed asparagus on top of the halibut fillets.
- Top each fillet with crab meat.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
