Description

A timeless seafood dish featuring halibut fillets topped with crab meat, asparagus, and rich hollandaise sauce, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 halibut fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup hollandaise sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Place the sautéed asparagus on top of the halibut fillets.
  5. Top each fillet with crab meat.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
  7. Drizzle hollandaise sauce and lemon juice over the top before serving.
