Ingredients
- 2 fresh tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the marinade generously onto both sides of the tuna steaks.
- Carefully place the tuna steaks on the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
