Description

A simple yet flavorful grilled tuna steak marinated in olive oil, soy sauce, and garlic powder, perfect for summer evenings.


Ingredients

  • 2 fresh tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the marinade generously onto both sides of the tuna steaks.
  4. Carefully place the tuna steaks on the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
