Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound steak, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Thread shrimp and steak cubes onto skewers, alternating between them.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are opaque and the steak reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For best results, soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling. Consider using larger shrimp to ensure they hold up during grilling.
