Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Skewer the shrimp and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Combine diced mangoes, lime juice, and honey in a blender to create the coulis. Blend until smooth.
