Description

Discover the secret to perfect Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps! Learn step-by-step how to create a delicious and easy wrap that’s a hit for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper taste
  • 4 (10 inch) low-carb flour tortillas
  • 2 cup (480 ml) s chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup (240 ml) croutons, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) creamy caesar yogurt dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to ensure everything is well-coated and let it sit for 15 minutes to marinate.
  2. Heat up an outdoor grill or a grill pan to a high temperature. If using an outdoor grill, skewer the shrimp. Cook the shrimp until they turn bright pink and the inside is no longer translucent, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Remove them and set aside on a plate. Briefly heat the tortillas on the grill, around 10 to 15 seconds per side.
  3. Cut the shrimp into 1/2-inch segments and transfer them to a large bowl. Incorporate the lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing, mixing thoroughly. Place this mixture along the center of each tortilla. Fold the sides inward and then roll them up tightly from the bottom. Slice the wraps diagonally in half and serve.

Notes

  • Coat shrimp with spice blend and oil by hand for thorough seasoningnLightly oil grill or pan to prevent shrimp from stickingnCut shrimp into uniform 1/2-inch pieces for even wrap distribution
