Description

A delightful bowl featuring grilled shrimp and tender asparagus drizzled with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for casual dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
