Description

Delicious grilled salmon topped with rich garlic herb butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs salmon fillets with skin on
  • 6 tbsp salted butter, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh minced parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced dill weed
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare the garlic herb butter by mixing softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, dill, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt on both sides.
  5. Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
  6. Carefully flip the fillets and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Dollop the garlic herb butter on the fillets during the last minute of grilling.
  8. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
