Description

A simple yet sophisticated grilled salmon dish topped with a zesty Dijon mustard sauce, perfect for summer cookouts.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the Dijon mustard sauce over the salmon fillets.
