Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix together Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the Dijon mustard sauce over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes
