Description

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Red Snapper (cleaned and scaled)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Mix the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Place the cleaned red snapper in a large dish or resealable plastic bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the fish, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  4. Allow the fish to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F or 190°C).
  6. Grease the grill grates with a paper towel dipped in oil.
  7. Place the marinated red snapper directly on the grill.
  8. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on one side until grill marks appear.
  9. Flip the fish gently using a spatula and grill for another 5-7 minutes on the other side.
  10. Remove the fish from the grill and place it on a serving platter.
