Ingredients
- Fresh oysters
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Carefully shuck the oysters, keeping them in their shells.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
- Place the oysters on the grill and spoon the garlic butter mixture over each oyster.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the oysters.
- Grill the oysters for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Carefully remove the oysters from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
