Description

A flavorful and tender grilled octopus recipe marinated with garlic, lemon, and smoked paprika, perfect for impressive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 octopus (about 2 pounds)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Clean the octopus and remove the beak and eyes.
  2. Mix the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the octopus in the mixture for at least two hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the octopus for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until charred and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the grill and let it rest before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
