Ingredients
- 4 Halibut fillets
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Melt the butter in a small bowl and mix in minced garlic and honey.
- Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
- Brush the garlic-honey mixture over the fillets.
- Place the halibut on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the halibut in the butter-garlic mixture for 30 minutes before grilling.
