Description

A delightful grilled halibut recipe featuring a buttery garlic and sweet honey glaze, perfect for gatherings and weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 Halibut fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Melt the butter in a small bowl and mix in minced garlic and honey.
  3. Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic-honey mixture over the fillets.
  5. Place the halibut on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets before serving.

Notes
